This registration page is intended for those entities who plan to receive grant funding towards the cost of registration from the Multicultural Leadership Program.
Registration & Payment Information
Once you have registered, the system will automatically invoice you for the full cost of registration at $350.00. Once it has been confirmed by the Executive Office that your chapter has completed the necessary post-event requirements for funding, we will apply the funding toward your invoice. Should you properly complete the funding requirements by May 16th, the Executive Office will apply the funding amount toward your invoice. You will then be responsible for paying the remaining balance of $150.00 before the deadline of June 1st. If you have not completed payment by the deadline and close of registration, you will need to reach out to the Executive Office to complete payment. In addition, a $75.00 late fee will be invoiced to your chapter, which will need to be paid in addition to the registration cost.
Should your chapter fail to complete the necessary post-event requirements by May 16th, your chapter will be responsible for the full $350.00 registration cost.
Event Information
This year’s Leadership Institute & Brotherhood Retreat, “Back to the Basics of Brotherhood”, will take place in Denver at the Auraria Campus, home of Metropolitan State University and UC-Denver. The event will occur from Thursday, July 17th to Sunday, July 20th.
Registration will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17th, and programming will begin at 6:00 p.m. on the same day. Plan to arrive at the Auraria campus between 12:00 and 5:00 pm. Lunch will be available for those who arrive before 1:00 pm.
The programming will end after the Special Convention takes place on Sunday, July 20th, at approximately 3:00 pm. For those flying, it is advised to not book travel before 5:00 pm Sunday evening.
The following meals are included with the cost of registration.

Lodging
Lodging is included with the cost of registration. Accommodations have been reserved with the university, therefore, there is no need to book anything else.
Undergraduate Options
Registration for undergraduates will conclude on May 16th. For those entities who are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, an exception call will be hosted on May 3rd. Information will be sent to all entities on how to register for this call.
Please ONLY register for yourself. Attempting to register for someone else will cause inaccurate registration tracking and data.
