
This registration page is intended for those entities that have met the requirements of the Beta Man Grant and intend to apply for funding support.
To qualify for the Beta Man Grant, entities must complete and provide proof of the following:
Request funding assistance from the University. The approval or rejection email is sufficient proof.
Host a fundraising event prior to May 1st
Provide a copy of the Leadership Institute Budget Template found here.
You will have the opportunity to upload proof of all requirements in the associated registration form.
Registration & Payment Information
Funding for the Beta Man grants will be dependent on the number of entities that apply for the grant and the amount of funds raised during the Founders Month challenge this April. This registration will close on May 1st. Once you have completed registration, the system will automatically issue an invoice for the full $350.00 cost of registration. Once approved, the amount of funding that your entity qualifies for will be applied to the invoice. Your chapter will then be responsible for paying the remaining balance by the deadline of June 1st to avoid late fees. Late registration will be available after the deadline, however, the $75.00 late fee will be applied to the total cost of registration.
Event Information
This year’s Leadership Institute & Brotherhood Retreat, “Back to the Basics of Brotherhood,” will take place in Denver at the Auraria Campus, home of Metropolitan State University and UC-Denver. The event will occur from Thursday, July 17th, to Sunday, July 20th. Accommodations will be provided at the City Heights Residence Hall, located at 1191 Larimer Street, Denver, CO.
Registration will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17th, and programming will begin at 6:00 p.m. on the same day. Plan to arrive at the Auraria campus between 12:00 and 5:00 pm. Lunch will be available for those who arrive before 1:00 pm.
The programming will end after the Special Convention takes place on Sunday, July 20th, at approximately 3:00 pm. For those flying, it is advised not to book travel before 5:00 pm Sunday evening.
Additional Details will be sent prior to the event to all attendees.

Lodging
Lodging is included in the cost of registration. Accommodations have been reserved with the university venue, therefore, there is no need to book anything else. Lodging is located at 1191 Larimer Street, Denver, CO. Please be aware that you may have to pay daily parking fees. Parking space is limited and is first-come, first-served.
Check-out time is no later than 2:00 p.m. on 7/21/25. Please be aware that anyone who checks out after 2:00 p.m. will be charged an additional night's stay at $250.00.
Undergraduate Options
Registration for undergraduates will conclude on June 1st. For those entities who are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, an exception call will be hosted on May 3rd. Information will be sent to all entities on how to register for this call.
Please do NOT register for anyone other than yourself. Doing so can cause inaccurate registration and attendance tracking, and data.
