Leadership Institute 2025-Entity Specific Fund Registration Jul 17-20, 2025

This registration page is intended for those entities that have created an Entity Specific Fund (ESF) through the Education Foundation and have received confirmation from their alumni that payments will be made by the ESF.

 

Registration & Payment Information

Once you have completed registration, you will be automatically invoiced for the total $350.00 cost of registration. You DO NOT need to pay that invoice. Once we have verified that your ESF can or has made the payment in full from the funds in their account, we will credit your invoice for the amount provided. Should your ESF be unable to make the payment in full, your chapter will be notified and will be responsible for paying the remaining balance. The invoice will need to be paid by June 1st to avoid a late fee charge. If you are paying after the deadline and close of registration, you will need to reach out to the Executive Office directly to process the payment. The additional late fee of $75.00 will be invoiced to your chapter account.

 

Please do NOT register for anyone other than yourself. Doing so can cause inaccurate registration tracking and attendance data. 

 

Event Information

This year’s Leadership Institute & Brotherhood Retreat, “Back to the Basics of Brotherhood”,  will take place in Denver at the Auraria Campus, home of Metropolitan State University and UC-Denver.  The event will occur from Thursday, July 17th, to Sunday, July 20th. Accommodations will be provided at the City Heights Residence Hall located at 1191 Larimer Street, Denver, CO.

 

Registration will begin at noon on Thursday, July 17th, and programming will begin at 6:00 p.m. on the same day.  Plan to arrive at the Auraria campus between 12:00 and 5:00 pm.  Lunch will be available for those who arrive before 1:00 pm.

 

The programming will end after the Special Convention takes place on Sunday, July 20th, at approximately 3:00 pm.  For those flying, it is advised not to book travel before 5:00 pm Sunday evening.

 

Meals and lodging are included in the price of registration. Please be aware that there may be daily parking fees. Parking space is limited to first arrivals.

Check-out time is no later than 2:00 p.m. on 7/21/25. Please be aware that anyone who checks out after 2:00 p.m. will be charged an additional night's stay at $250.00.

 

Additional Details will be sent prior to the event to all attendees.

Undergraduate Options

Registration for undergraduates will conclude on June 1st.  For those entities who are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, an exception call will be hosted on May 3rd.  Information will be sent to all entities on how to register for this call.
